I am a Greek professional photographer based in Athens.

Before turning to photography professionally, I worked for ten years at the Ministry of Trade, a period that allowed me to study photography and pursue my creative path.

In 2000, I left the public sector to dedicate myself entirely to photography. I initially worked as chief photographer for magazines of a major publishing group, and from 2005 I developed collaborations with advertising projects, while continuing my reportage work and personal exploration. Since 2009, I have been working as an independent photographer, focusing on long-term social documentary projects with an experiential and direct approach.

My work balances documentation with a deeply personal perspective.

From 2017 to 2021, I taught photography at the Leica Academy. I am a member of the Union of Greek Photojournalists and serve on the supervisory board of FOIVOS (Collective Management Organization for Photographers’ Copyright Protection).
